I’m a Java Software Engineer with more than 2.4 years of experience and currently working for Paxcel Labs with focus on developing Enterprise Java Applications. Here, I used to write code for front end & back end for applications. Most exciting work to date include developing desktop application providing Adaptive Learning Management System for an Indian client and developing Web Applications for a US based client. Not only did I have fun developing these applications, but also I found it motivational and exciting to do much more than what I have done till now.
Besides a software developer, I have a keen interest in some quality research work. Till now, I have published 3 research papers focused on Vehicular Ad hoc Networks(VANETs) and Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) as a Primary Author along with Professors from tier-1 engineering institutes of India. Some of my research projects includes designing a Vehicular Network Communication Protocol, Security analysis of Mobile Ad hoc Networks. However, now I'm more interested in cutting edge research in Machine Learning and planning to shift from Networks to AI.
I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with peers in IT industry and researchers from related research areas in order to socialize and share the knowledge in best possible way. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, but the favorite stage of a project is working with the team members to understand various challenges involved and figure out the best possible solution. As we go through that collaborative discussion, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
I have completed B.E. in Computer Science from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India.
